Location: Stanford, CA 94305 - Hybrid role
Duration: 06 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on performance)

Schedule- 4 day onsite, 1-day WFH

Job Description:
- Responsible for planning and scheduling preventive, corrective, predictive, and emergency maintenance activities across Water Operations using CMMS to maximize productivity and ensure efficient asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance schedules.
- Prioritize and balance preventive, corrective, and emergency work orders.
- Manage work orders, backlog, and maintenance records in CMMS.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs for water systems.
- Track, analyze, and report maintenance data and trends.
- Coordinate with field teams, supervisors, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Support CMMS-related activities, compliance documentation, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Associate degree with 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling (or equivalent combination).
- Strong knowledge of CMMS and maintenance workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
