Role: Operations Training Specialist (Entry-Level)
Location: Mont Belvieu, TX (Onsite)
Durations: 12 months Contract to hire
Pay Rate: $28/ hr

About the Role:
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in coordination, scheduling, or operations support who is looking to grow into a training-focused role. You do NOT need prior training experience — the team is open to someone who is eager to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Coordinate and support training schedules for operations teams
• Work closely with internal teams to track and manage training activities
• Assist in maintaining training records and documentation
• Learn the operations side of the business through hands-on exposure
• Gradually support training delivery and content over time

What They’re Looking For:
• 0–2 years of experience in coordination, scheduling, or operations roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
