Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Act as the primary IT interface and technical liaison to HR/payroll platform vendors 
• Manage vendor backlogs, escalations, and deliverable accountability on behalf of the client
• Oversee contract governance and ensure vendor SLA compliance
• Provide hands-on technical support and integration oversight across HR/payroll systems
• Assess and re-architect current HR platform setup to improve automation, particularly in onboarding workflows
• Identify and escalate risks or gaps in platform stability and data integrity

Must Haves:

• Hands-on experience with HR/payroll platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, backlogs, and escalations in an IT capacity
• Technical liaison or IT business partner experience with HR functions
• Mid-level or senior professional with ability to operate autonomously and with minimal direction
