Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with organizational goals
• Develop and execute campaigns for events, programs, and announcements
• Collaborate with faculty, researchers, and internal teams on content requests

• Manage email lists, segmentation, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate copyediting and ensure consistency in tone and messaging

• Support integration of digital platforms during organizational merger
• Align brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across channels

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in digital media, communications, or related field
• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and campaigns

• Social media management experience
• Email marketing experience
