• 60% Development / 40% Support
• Develop custom SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, connectors, and features using Java 17+
• Implement and test new functionality, enhancements, and integrations (REST APIs, supporting services)
• Maintain existing IAM systems, including patching, troubleshooting, and addressing escalated issues
• Support: act as 3rd-tier support, maintaining systems the team develops (not help desk)
• Participate in on-call rotation for system support and deployments (approx. one week per rotation)
• Collaborate occasionally with senior team members; otherwise, work independently

• SailPoint IdentityIQ – strong development focus rather than configuration-heavy
• Core Java (Java 17+) – coding, workflow customization, custom connectors
• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 2 years of relevant experience (candidates with 5–6 years would be a good sweet spot)

Range: $50-60/hr
