Must Haves
- 5+ years of UX Research experience in an enterprise environment
- Experience conducting qualitative research expertise (interviews, synthesis, thematic analysis)
- Experience developing and contributing to service blueprints in an enterprise environment
- Experience building rapport and working cross-functionally with stakeholders across their organization
- Experience identifying and mitigating bias in research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative, embedded team environment
- Pay Range: $48-$50/hr.
