Must haves:
Must haves:
- 5+ years of UX Research experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Experience with UX research tools such as Dovetail, Condens, Optimal -Workshop, or similar platforms
- Strong experience conducting qualitative research (user interviews, thematic analysis, synthesis)
- Experience developing and contributing to service blueprints, journey maps, and user flows in enterprise settings
- Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate cross-functionally across large, complex organizations
- Experience identifying and mitigating bias in research methodologies and findings
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate independently in a highly collaborative, embedded team environment
- Portfolio demonstrating experience across usability testing, digital products (.com / web), and end-to-end UX research deliverables
Pay range - $50 - $58/hr
