Location: Orlando, FL preferred (also open to Glendale, CA and Seattle, WA)
Schedule: Occasional nights/weekends may be required during launches
Pay Range: $66 - $70/hr

Role Overview:
This position will join a DevOps/SRE-focused Systems Engineering team responsible for provisioning, supporting, automating, and optimizing web and mobile applications in a high-traffic enterprise environment. The role partners closely with engineering, QA, product, and business teams to ensure operational excellence and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-call production support and incident troubleshooting

Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions/runbooks

Manage monitoring, alerting, and access controls

Provision new services and support application infrastructure

Lead project planning, task breakdown, and timely execution
-
Support system scalability, availability, and performance improvements

Collaborate across multiple technical and business teams
Required Experience:
-
Strong Systems Engineering / DevOps / SRE background
-
Experience with incident response, change management, and ITIL processes
-
Cloud expertise in AWS / GCP / Azure
-
Experience with containers and scalable distributed systems
-
Strong troubleshooting skills for applications and infrastructure

Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
-
CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)

Programming/scripting experience
