Qualifiactions:
- Manage customer interactions, resolve queries, execute trades, and guide users while ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Review and approve client requests, identify suspicious activities, and ensure compliance with policies and security standards.
- Apply strong analytical, organizational, and MS Office skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset and a collaborative, team-driven approach.
