Location: Toronto, ON (2 days/week)

Duration: 6 Month (Potential extension)

Pay Range: $ 75 - $ 85/hr (Depending on years of experience) 

• 10+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect (or similar architecture role)
• 5+ years of experience within the Insurance domain, preferably underwriting workflows
• Proven experience designing and implementing workflow automation solutions
• Strong experience with AI integration.
• Experience with MEA (AI extraction tools) or similar intelligent document processing platforms
• Experience with Tamar or similar MDM/data platforms
• Hands-on experience with MDM (Master Data Management) concepts and implementations
• Experience designing integrations with Salesforce and/or .NET-based systems
• Strong stakeholder management experience across business and technical teams
• Experience guiding engineering teams on architecture, design patterns, and system integration
• Proven ability to assess existing solutions and accelerate delivery in underperforming environments
