Must-Have Requirements (DCT Level 1 – Trainable Talent Focus)
- 6+ months of hands-on experience in physically active roles such as warehouse, construction, manufacturing, delivery, machine operation, or general labor
- Comfortable working in environments that require standing for long hours, lifting equipment (up to ~40–50 lbs), and performing repetitive physical tasks
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic (consistent attendance, punctuality, ability to follow through)
- Willingness to learn technical skills from scratch – no prior Data Center Technician experience required
- Basic familiarity with using tools, equipment, or machinery (e.g., forklifts, hand tools, assembly lines, etc.)
- Ability to follow SOPs, safety protocols, and step-by-step instructions without cutting corners
- Comfortable working in a team-based, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Open to shift work, including nights/weekends if required
