• Execute assembly and fabrication of complex manufactured products following established procedures
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging activities on manufacturing products
• Gather and analyze test data from multiple sources for issue resolution
• Troubleshoot standard issues and escalate complex problems when necessary
• Conduct PCBA inspection, rework, and circuit board modifications
• Set up and execute test fixtures and DAQ systems
• Read and interpret engineering documentation, schematics, and technical drawings
• Fabricate cable harnesses and assemble electronic boxes
• Support first article builds and hardware inspections
• Maintain accurate documentation of discrepancies and testing results
• Ensure compliance with SAE, Metric, and ASME hardware standards
• Assist in training new hires and junior team members
• Contribute to quality improvements and process optimization initiatives

• Prior hands-on experience with product testing / hardware testing
• Experience may come from:
• internships
• co-ops
• trade school projects
• academic lab / club projects
• Experience with connecting wires and components into products to run tests
• Basic understanding of technical drawings and engineering documentation
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and measurement equipment
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Basic computer skills for data entry and software operations
• Understanding of SAE, Metric, and ASME standards
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
