Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM – 5 PM
About the Role:

Bank is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Global Information Security (GIS) team at a newly established Denver location.

This is a key role serving as the primary point of contact for office operations while supporting multiple executives.
Must-Have Qualifications:

1–2+ years of administrative or office facilitator experience
-
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
-
Experience supporting multiple managers or executives
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills
-
Experience with tools like MyTravel, Concur, GepSmart, Guardian (or similar systems)
