• Support D365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, Project Accounting)
• Gather requirements and lead workshops with finance stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories
• Recommend system improvements, automation, and best practices
• Document processes, configurations, and system changes
• Develop test scripts, coordinate UAT, validate enhancements
• Assist with data migration and release readiness
• Troubleshoot issues and provide user support
• Manage projects end-to-end (scope, deployment, delivery)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years as Business Analyst / SME / Consultant / Architect
• Strong D365 Finance & Operations experience
• Experience analyzing business needs and recommending solutions
• Strong communication 
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Experience with cost and project accounting.

• CPA certification
• Familiarity with Treasury/AP automation tools, Fastpath, Power BI
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Leadership experience
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
