• Provide front-line support for D365 and enterprise applications
• Respond to user issues, log and track tickets
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when needed
• Assist with testing system updates and enhancements
• Support user access (account setup, roles, deactivation)
• Follow security and access governance procedures
• Maintain audit records for access changes
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes
• Learn system functionality and business workflows.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in IT, IS, Business, or related (or equivalent experience)
• 0–2 years in IT support, helpdesk, or application support
• Basic understanding of ERP or enterprise systems
• Strong attention to detail and process adherence
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn and grow in IT/ERP support
• Reliable and service-oriented mindset.

• Exposure to MS Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems
• Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems
• Familiarity with user access management or Active Directory
• Relevant internships or coursework
• Interest in ERP systems, security, or business analysis.
