Title: Transformation Associate / Project Coordinator / Communication Analyst
Duration: 09 Months (Potential Extension/Conversion)

Pay: ($28-$29) hourly

Role Overview:

• We’re looking for a junior-level Transformation Analyst to support the rollout of new systems, tools, and processes across Global Business Operations.
• This role focuses on communication, training support, and coordination to ensure smooth adoption of changes.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering requirements and converting them into proper communication.
• Support the execution of change and transformation initiatives across business teams.
• Create and deliver clear communications (emails, FAQs, updates) related to system and process changes.
• Assist in developing training materials (guides, presentations, job aids) and support training sessions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Finance, HR).
• Track user feedback and adoption metrics; flag risks or issues.
• Support stakeholder meetings, workshops, and follow-ups.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, training, or transformation support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating training or documentation materials
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to system implementations (ERP, Workday, SAP, etc.)
• Experience in financial services, operations, or technology environments
• Familiarity with Agile or project-based work environments
