Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues tokeep initiatives on track

Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives,success metrics, and timelines.

Provide regular updates to leadership on project status,milestones, and value realization.

Effectively lead project teams while building positive professional relationships withstakeholders.

Define project objectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to structure a project oractivity.

Plan, schedule, and control project activities to fulfill objectives and satisfy projectrequirements.

Develop and drive integrated project plans, aligning project tactics with project strategy andglobal purchasing or strategies.

Establish, maintain, and lead high performance project teams, serving as the project advocatewithin the organization.

Lead, coordinate, facilitate, and motivate all associated project resources to gain alignment onproject goals and deliverables including project risk assessment and contingency planning toassure successful project completion.

Manage projects within established scope, schedule, and budget

Develop and document high-level strategies for accomplishing specific project objectives.

Facilitate and lead effective project meetings, manage change and conflict, and developresource planning estimates to manage project workload and productivity.

Support project management team members to ensure success of projects while maintainingcustomer service focus.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in science or related field

Strong interpersonal skills

Effective written and oral communication skills.

Strong analytical capabilities with strong technical aptitude and displayed ability to grasp ageneral knowledge of multiple disciplines and technologies

Demonstrated ability to grasp strategic concepts and develop strategies and to effectivelyorganize and structure activities around those strategies

Ability to lead and facilitate multiple activities and resources.

Good general understanding of business and financial principles.

Minimum of 6 years of industry experience related to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology,and/or medical device industries in project management, purchasing, supply chain, or similarroles

Minimum of 2 years of Project experience related to one or more of the following: productdevelopment and launch, business process optimization, technology transfer, regulatorysubmission/regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and/or alliance management. Includingstrong computer skills.

Desirable but not required: Knowledge and application of a disciplined project managementprocess (Six Sigma and PMP certifications are a plus
