• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues across enterprise-scale environments
• Configure, maintain, and optimize network systems and infrastructure
• Work extensively with IP protocols and BGP routing
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure network reliability and performance
• Participate in on-call support, weekend work, and overtime as needed
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

• 7+ years of experience in network engineering or related field
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of IP networking protocols
• Hands-on experience with BGP (Border Gateway Protocol)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience with network automation and scripting
• Familiarity with large-scale data center or cloud environments
• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Ownership mindset with accountability for deliverables
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to handle critical incidents under pressure
