Job Description:

Position: Power BI Developer / Data Analyst

Type (Contract, C2H): FTE

Location: Rock Hill, SC

Pay Range: 75K - 85K + Benefits

Day to day:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Translate business requirements into KPIs and visualizations
• Support reporting for manufacturing, inventory, cost, and operations
• Ensure reports are scalable, user-friendly, and high-performing
• Manage scope, risks, and change requests
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units

Must haves:

• Bachelor’s in IS, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years building Power BI solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong Power BI experience (datasets, dashboards, deployment)
• Strong data modeling (star schema, relationships, performance tuning)
• Advanced DAX and Power Query (M) skills
• Experience working with ERP data (inventory, production, sales, costing)
• Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions
• Strong communication and attention to detail

Plus:

• Experience with D365 F&O data and reporting
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Server, Azure SQL, Synapse)
• Power BI Service admin and deployment pipelines experience
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices
• Experience with manufacturing analytics (throughput, WIP, scrap, yield, capacity)
