Day-to-day responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle management, including procurement intake, deployment, refresh, and disposal
• Maintain accurate, complete, and auditable hardware inventory data
• Establish and enforce hardware disposal and ITAD governance in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards
• Partner with IT Operations, Finance, and Procurement to align asset intake, tracking, and retirement workflows
• Identify, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies and data quality issues across systems
• Contribute to ITAM process documentation and continuous improvement efforts in a growing program

Must Haves

• Junior-to-Mid experience in hardware asset management or IT asset lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with ITAM platforms - Flexeratool preffered or equivalent acceptable
• Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle stages, disposal governance, and inventory accuracy methods
