Job Title - Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain Planning & Scheduling 

Location - Rock Hill, SC 29730 (Oniste)

Job Type – Full-Time 

Salalry - $100K to $108K per annum

Why: 
Own and optimize planning & scheduling across D365 and Power Platform 

Day to day: 

• Own end-to-end planning and scheduling processes (systems, data, reporting) 

• Act as SME for D365 and Power Apps planning solutions 

• Partner with operations and supply chain leadership 

• Drive process standardization across plants and teams 

• Design scalable, simple solutions with minimal customization 

• Support automation and AI-driven improvements 

• Ensure system usability, performance, and sustainability 

Must haves: 

• 7+ years as Business Analyst in manufacturing or supply chain systems 

• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 (F&O preferred) 

• Hands-on Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) 

• Experience owning complex functions (planning, scheduling, production) 

• Strong stakeholder management across business and technical teams 

• Process design, documentation, and communication skills 

• Ability to balance business needs with system governance 

Plus: 

• Experience in steel or heavy manufacturing environments 

• Background in production planning, scheduling, or capacity planning 

• Familiarity with AI-driven planning or forecasting tools
