Role Overview:
- We’re looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) IT Project Manager to support large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- This role will work closely with internal leadership to drive change strategy, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption of IT programs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end OCM strategies for enterprise IT initiatives
- Partner with internal change leadership and project teams to align change plans with business goals
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop targeted engagement strategies
- Design and implement communication, training, and adoption plans
- Assess organizational readiness and manage resistance effectively
- Track change metrics, adoption rates, and overall program effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business units
- Support large-scale transformation programs with a structured, strategic approach
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management and IT Project Management
- Prosci Certification (mandatory)
- Strong background in utilities and IT environments
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level change initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large technology organizations
- Background transitioning from large enterprises to smaller companies or startups
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments
Additional Notes:
- This role will support enterprise change functions alongside internal teams and other contractors
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid team model with both full-time employees and contract staff
