Title: Civil Engineer

Engagement type: 6 month contract with opp to extend or perm

ONSITE 5 d/week: Austin, TX 78725

Pay Range- $50/hr-$60/hr

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience supporting high-tech or industrial facilities such as vehicle manufacturing, semiconductor, solar, or battery projects.
• Focus is on land development taking raw commercial or industrial properties through full site design and permitting, including utilities, roads, storm drainage, and grading.
• The ideal candidate is a utility player who can own multiple disciplines and pivot as needed. Bonus points for experience on large industrial projects (hundreds of acres, buildings with loading docks, etc.).
• Surface and pipe network design, land development background in StormCAD (Bentley), Pond Pack / detention pond design, FEMA floodplain experience.
• Experience with master planning, including roadway design, grading, pavements, utilities, traffic, stormwater management, flood control, erosion and sediment control, and multi-use site development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/stormwater modeling software, with the ability to produce construction documents for permitting and construction.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing project requirements, and work independently with minimal oversight
