Job Description:
- This Sourcing Recruiter position focuses on identifying and engaging top-tier technical and sales talent for the StartUp organization, with emphasis on Business Operations and Strategy functions.
- This role reports into the Go to Market teams within the Start-Up Organization and Business Operations and Strategy.

- Technical Recruiting Foundation- The successful candidate brings proven experience sourcing technical and sales talent, with particular expertise recruiting Solution Architects, early-career demand generation sales representatives, and Account Managers.
- Agility in High-Velocity Environments- You thrive where priorities shift rapidly and hiring demands are high.
- Managing multiple concurrent searches energizes rather than overwhelms you.
- You adapt sourcing strategies based on real-time feedback and pivot seamlessly when market conditions or business needs evolve.
- Creative Problem-Solving Approach- When traditional sourcing channels yield limited results, you experiment with innovative approaches.
- You leverage creative search techniques, tap into non-obvious talent pools, and proactively identify pipeline obstacles—developing solutions independently rather than waiting for direction.
- Relationship Excellence and Data-Driven Execution- You excel at building relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates through clear communication and consistent follow-through.
- You take ownership of pipeline metrics and continuously refine your approach based on data insights and stakeholder feedback.
Must Have Hard Skills:
- Strong recruiting experience with fortune 100 companies
- Ability to create independent sourcing/recruiting strategy
