  • We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across SaaS products and platform initiatives.
  • This role partners with Product, Engineering, and leadership to improve team effectiveness, delivery predictability, and continuous improvement.
  • The Senior Scrum Master will help teams balance feature delivery, technical debt, platform enablement, and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to manage work across and facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively
  • Experience managing work across feature delivery, platform enablement

Must Haves:

  • This CSM certified (Certified Scrum Master)
  • Ideally, we are targeting someone with at least 5+ years of experience 
  • Experience running scrum meetings/sprint ceremonies
  • Agile environment 
    • Specifically with SAFE
