Job Title: Performance Test Architect/Lead

About the Role:

Join our dynamic IT team as a Tech Support Specialist, where you’ll be the go-to expert for resolving technical issues and keeping systems running smoothly. This role offers hands-on exposure to troubleshooting, networking, and end-user support while working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Top Three skills:

• Performance Testing & Engineering – Expertise in LoadRunner (Performance Center/LRE), JMeter, VUGen scripting, performance strategy, bottleneck analysis, and defect triage leadership.
• Application Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting – Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, heap/thread dump analysis, JVM tuning, and root cause identification for complex enterprise applications.
• Enterprise Architecture & Performance Optimization – Deep understanding of Java/.NET architectures, SOA/integration patterns, Linux environments, middleware systems, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and end-to-end application performance optimization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Expertise in LoadRunner (Performance Center/LRE), JMeter, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
• Experience in requirements gathering and leading triages.
• Proficiency in scripting with VUGen JMeter (Web services Web HTTP/HTML Protocol/Truclient).
• Strong analytical abilities with heap and thread dumps.
• Solid understanding of software development and architecture.
• Knowledge of Java / .NET and bottleneck analysis.

Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $84 – $85 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
