Job Title: Python Developer Role
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12-18 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST
Compensation
Must Have Skills:
- Strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying high-volume transactional applications
- Hands-on experience with Python and FastAPI framework
- Strong PostgreSQL database knowledge
- Experience with SQL, data modeling, query optimization, and SQL objects
- Experience with Git version control
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Experience with component-based web application frameworks
Preferred Skills:
- .NET experience
- Jenkins, MSBUILD, Ansible, XLR exposure
- Automated testing experience
- Kafka/RabbitMQ or other message broker integration experience
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Kanban processes
- Cybersecurity workflow/solution implementation experience
Hourly Rate: $60 - $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
