Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Chandler, AZ

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Client Industry: Banking Client

Duration: 12+ months contract to hire

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Must-Haves:

• Strong experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Lead (focus on execution over theory)
• Proven ability to drive delivery and get things done, not just manage timelines
• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong risk and issue management capabilities (proactive and structured approach)
• Ability to manage multiple teams and interdependencies
• Experience in large, regulated environments (e.g., banking, healthcare, enterprise organizations) is highly preferred

Day To Day:

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of projects across multiple teams and workstreams
• Manage day-to-day execution, including planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and peer groups
• Ensure alignment with broader organizational goals and delivery timelines
• Bring structure and governance while maintaining agility in execution
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and drive resolution
• Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders on progress and challenges
• Support a scalable delivery model across multiple products and initiatives

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $65 to $70 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
