Job Title: Project Manager (Operational Transformation)

Duration: 12 months (with chance of conversion/extension)

Location: Lancaster, TX (Hybrid - 3 Day Onsite)

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage discovery activities related to operational process and technology assessments
• Coordinate interviews, workshops, and working sessions across multiple cross-functional business teams
• Identify pain points, gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and document future-state business and system requirements to support upcoming technology modernization initiatives
• Track milestones, risks, and action items; ensure deliverables are completed on time

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, or operational transformation initiatives
• Strong experience with process discovery, workflow mapping, and requirements gathering/documentation
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting system modernization, process optimization, or enterprise transformation initiatives preferred
• Experience working within operational, compliance-driven, utility, industrial, or regulated business environments is a plus
