Pay Range: $65/hr – $70/hr

Job Description:

DayToDay Responsbilities:

• Senior Problem Manager role focused on deep technical investigations and root cause analysis across infrastructure and applications.
• This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical understanding not just ITSM process management to identify systemic issues and drive long-term fixes.

Must Have:

• Own problem records end-to-end (investigation → resolution → documentation)
• Lead root cause analysis sessions with cross-functional teams
• Analyze issues across infrastructure, middleware, and applications
• Document findings, gaps, and remediation in JIRA
• Partner with incident, change, and ops teams to prevent recurrence
• Communicate status and outcomes to stakeholders
• Identify technical and security gaps (including virus-related issues)
