• Provide on-site D365 support for production operations.
• Act as SME for D365 modules (production, quality, inventory, shipping, asset mgmt, planning).
• Troubleshoot system issues and support end users.
• Analyze production workflows and recommend improvements.
• Improve scheduling, resource allocation, and productivity.
• Identify system gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Serve as liaison between IT and operations teams.
• Travel to other Client sites as needed.

• Bachelor’s in IS, Engineering, Business, or related (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years ERP experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong D365 experience in operations or business support role.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset focused on process improvement.

• Direct experience with MS Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Manufacturing or production environment experience.
• Steel industry experience highly preferred.
