Duration: 8 Months (Extension/Conversion will be based on the performance)
Pay Range: ($45–$48) hourly
Shift Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Locations: Chicago, IL 60601 (Oniste Role)

About the Role

  • We are seeking a Senior Ad Sales Research Analyst (Contract) to support the Ad Sales Insights team through audience measurement, advertising analytics, and strategic storytelling.
  • This role is responsible for analyzing media and audience data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that support advertising sales and revenue growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in media, entertainment, or advertising analytics and be comfortable working with Nielsen measurement platforms, client-facing presentations, and cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in - Media analytics, Marketing analytics, Audience research, and Ad sales analytics
  • Prior experience within the entertainment, media, or advertising industry is required.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with Nielsen nPower, and analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to convert data insights into strategic business recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze audience behavior, TV ratings, campaign performance, and market trends to support advertising sales initiatives.
  • Develop client-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Deliver strategic insights and audience recommendations to support ad sales planning and revenue opportunities.
  • Utilize Nielsen nPower and Nielsen Ad In_tel platforms for audience and advertising analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and content teams to develop data-driven advertising narratives.
  • Support competitive analysis and media measurement reporting using industry research tools.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories for internal and external stakeholders.
