About the Role
- We are seeking a Senior Ad Sales Research Analyst (Contract) to support the Ad Sales Insights team through audience measurement, advertising analytics, and strategic storytelling.
- This role is responsible for analyzing media and audience data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations that support advertising sales and revenue growth.
- The ideal candidate will have prior experience in media, entertainment, or advertising analytics and be comfortable working with Nielsen measurement platforms, client-facing presentations, and cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in - Media analytics, Marketing analytics, Audience research, and Ad sales analytics
- Prior experience within the entertainment, media, or advertising industry is required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with Nielsen nPower, and analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to convert data insights into strategic business recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze audience behavior, TV ratings, campaign performance, and market trends to support advertising sales initiatives.
- Develop client-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Deliver strategic insights and audience recommendations to support ad sales planning and revenue opportunities.
- Utilize Nielsen nPower and Nielsen Ad In_tel platforms for audience and advertising analysis.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and content teams to develop data-driven advertising narratives.
- Support competitive analysis and media measurement reporting using industry research tools.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories for internal and external stakeholders.
