• 5+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager/Business Analyst experience within healthcare payer environments
• Deep expertise in provider lifecycle management, provider data, and operational workflows
• Strong Medicaid and Medicare experience (required)
• Hands-on experience with provider contracting, pricing, reimbursement, and payment configuration workflows
• Strong understanding of provider hierarchy structures and provider data relationships (NPI, legal entity, contracting entity, affiliations, specialties, etc.)
• Experience leading workflow/process modernization and provider data governance initiatives across legacy systems
• Ability to drive execution with urgency while partnering across operations, business, and engineering teams

Range: $50-70/hr
