Pay Range: $23 - 27/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare pitch sheets, proposals, and promotional presentations for partners and internal leadership.
Create recap decks and campaign summary materials for Promotions Managers.
Draft contracts based on negotiated partner agreements.
Prepare Contract Summary (CSS) forms and track execution status.
Follow up with partners to ensure contracts are completed and returned on time.
Coordinate with internal teams including Brand Strategy, CRM, PR/Public Affairs, Social/Digital Marketing, Operations, Corporate Alliances, Consumer Products, and Synergy teams.
Assist with media remotes, live events, and production logistics in partnership with events and park operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

3–5 years of promotions, marketing, events, or related experience.
Background in marketing, advertising, communications, business affairs, or media.
Knowledge of video production or digital/new media.
