Responsibilities:
- Facilitate new hire onboarding training in-person.
- Manage a team of 20 newly hired Sales Development Representatives and ensure job readiness within the first 60 days.
- Transition SDRs to Regional SDR Managers upon completion of the onboarding program.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Curriculum Designers, HR, and Regional Management.
