Title: Compliance and Risk Analyst
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90071 (Full Onsite)
Duration: 4 months (Possibility of Extension)
Max PR: $50/hr - $52/hr

Role Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- CFA certification useful but not required.
Technical Skills:
- Cash flow discounting, duration measurements.
- Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- AI tools (Claude) experience a plus.
- Market risk metrics: VAR, stress loss, stress bar loss.
Background:
- Finance, economics, or quantitative background.
- Financial analyst with risk exposure acceptable.
- Understanding of ALM concepts.
Responsibilities
- Review (not develop) ALM models and interest rate risk analytics.
- Analyze the economic value of equity (EVE) and net interest income (NII) sensitivities.
- Prepare slides and documentation for ALCO, Risk Committee, and Board reporting.
- Cover banking book activities: cash holdings, investments, commercial loans, deposits, borrowings, and hedging.
