About the Role** We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with over 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and analyzing large datasets. This role involves creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau, as well as performing trend, variance, and root-cause analysis. **Responsibilities** - Query, validate, and analyze large datasets using SQL. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau. - Conduct trend, variance, and root-cause analysis to support business decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights. **Education Qualification** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. **Required Skills** - Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis. - Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau for creating dashboards and reports. - Ability to perform trend, variance, and root-cause analysis. - Experience in business analysis with over 7 years of expertise. **Nice to Have** - Experience with ETL processes. - Familiarity with the insurance domain.
