• A software engineer must possess a deep understanding of the platform’s underlying architecture, specifically the relationships between Configuration Items (CIs), Technical Services, and Business Services
• The role requires proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow’s proprietary APIs to develop robust business rules, client scripts, and Flow Designer actions that automate data population across the CSDM lifecycle
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong grasp of CMDB governance and data integrity, ensuring that complex hierarchical mappings align with the latest CSDM framework standards
• The ideal engineer must be skilled at integrating external data sources via Integration Hub or REST APIs to maintain a "single source of truth" within the model

• ServiceNow engineering with a deep understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and APM. 
• Should understand CMDB/CSDM relationships, including Technical and Business Services, and lifecycles.
• Skilled at integrating external data via Integration Hub/REST APIs to create a single source of truth
