Position Title: Project Manager

Location: Pennington, NJ

Contract Length: 12 months

Pay Range: $63 to $67

• The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple Agile teams across multiple projects, programs and time zones.
• To be successful in this role, the candidate should be understanding the entire Agile Solution process, to learn, implement, and mature Lean-Agile principles and practices.

 Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and facilitates routines to support delivery –e.g. kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
• Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies with across multiple teams.
• Facilitates dependency management/risk management /impediment removal for the defined deliverables.
• Experience working with Banking/financial clients is highly preferred
