About the Role:
We are looking for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist to join a collaborative and fast-moving creative operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing digital content, supporting cross-functional teams, and working within structured workflows while still contributing to a creative environment.
This is not a photography or retouching role. Instead, the position focuses on digital asset coordination, metadata management, content operations, and supporting internal teams with asset organization and workflow execution.
We are looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed, work independently, and collaborate effectively with others.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize digital assets within DAM platforms
- Upload, tag, maintain, and track assets and metadata
- Support content and asset workflows across multiple teams
- Coordinate asset requests and ensure assets are properly maintained
- Work within systems such as AEM and SmartSheets
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across digital libraries
- Collaborate with onboarding, acquisition, and operations teams
- Proactively identify and complete available work assignments
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and team members
Qualifications Required:
- Experience working within a DAM (Digital Asset Management) environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience handling large volumes of digital assets and metadata
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a team
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Preferred:
- Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Experience using SmartSheets
- Experience in content operations, asset coordination, or marketing operations
- Customer-facing or stakeholder support experience
The ideal candidate is:
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Comfortable jumping into tasks without constant direction
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Adaptable and eager to learn new systems and workflows
- A strong culture fit who enjoys working in a creative, supportive environment
We are targeting candidates with approximately 3–7 years of relevant experience, though we are open to candidates with slightly less experience if they demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and team fit.
Why Join Us?
You’ll be joining a collaborative team that values communication, creativity, and mutual support. We work hard, help each other out, and maintain a positive team culture while managing a high volume of meaningful work.
