Job Title - Project / Program Manager IV

Pay Range - $60- $65/hr

About the Role:

Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program. Oversees all aspects of projects/program. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

 


 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research studies on TV series before release, including concept testing, title testing, and audience screenings.
  • Facilitate all aspects of research projects, from study design to data analysis and reporting.
  • Manage relationships with third-party research vendors.
  • Test marketing campaigns and materials for TV series.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including marketing, development, and distribution teams.
  • Track and analyze the performance of TV series from development through post-launch, including gathering audience feedback on streaming platforms.
  • Conduct post-launch surveys to gauge audience opinions and gather insights for future projects.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and research methodologies.

 


 

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of TV series research experience, max 10 years preferred.
  • Strong report writing abilities.
  • Experience with content testing (can be movies, series, gaming, or marketing materials).
  • Proven experience working on TV series-related research projects.
  • Must have experience working at another studio or vendor (e.g., streaming service, TV network).
  • Strong understanding of the TV series development, marketing, and distribution process (including streaming platforms).
  • (Looking for strong analyst experience!!)
