Position: Robotics Operations Specialist

Location: Greensburg, PA (100% onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST

Duration: 6-month contract with possible extensions

Pay rate: $23/hr.

Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking to expand the hiring pool to include recent high school graduates and entry-level candidates with little to no prior experience. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn, enjoy working with technology, and want to build a career in robotics and automation.

About the Role:

Join a fast-growing robotics operations team supporting automation inside a live warehouse environment. Robotics Operations Specialists will work hands-on with collaborative robots, helping monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and support day-to-day robotic activity on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor robots and provide corrections if they go off path
• Use tablets and Logitech-style controllers to guide robots
• Perform light troubleshooting and error resolution
• Walk alongside robots for most of the shift (~95%)
• Reset and prepare robots between tasks
• Follow all on-site safety requirements

Requirements:

• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and technology
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Must own or be willing to purchase steel/composite-toe boots
• Interest in robotics, automation, or technology preferred
