Job Title: Social Content Specialist, Sales & Marketing
Domain: Consumer Health & Hygiene
Work location: Chicago, IL 60607 - Hybrid Role
Duration: 03 months from start date (Extension/conversion will be based on the performance)
Pay Rate: ($25-$28) hourly
Responsibilities:
Core Focus

- 90% content creation
- 10% community management
- 2+ years in social media content creation
- Strong video editing and graphic design skills
- Tools: Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut
- Acting or theatre experience/training (strong plus for on-camera presence and creative storytelling)
- Deep understanding of social trends/platforms
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Portfolio required.
- Create engaging social content for popular social media platforms.
- Design graphics and edit short-form videos
- Follow brand guidelines and social trends
- Collaborate with marketing/internal teams on campaigns
- Develop social templates, toolkits, and creative assets
- Monitor comments/messages and engage with audiences
- Escalate trends, issues, or opportunities
- Community management experience
- Sprinklr experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Design
- Spanish bilingual
- Occasional evenings/weekends
- Up to 25% travel
