Pay Range: $120k - $135k(Cumulative Salary)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Strategic Relationship Building: Grow an existing book of business while actively cold-calling new dealership partners to drive volume.

Consultative Upfitting: Partner with dealerships to specify and sell upfit solutions tailored to specific industry end-users.

Technical Work Orders: Translate client requirements into detailed, technically sound work orders for the production team.

Regional Field Travel: Execute frequent site visits and dealership training sessions throughout the Jacksonville territory.

Pipeline Coordination: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and data entry to the final delivery of the vehicle.

Market Analysis: Monitor local inventory and industry trends to proactively offer the most relevant fleet solutions.
Must Haves:

Proven Outside Sales Experience: A track record in field-based sales with a dual focus on cold-calling and long-term account management.

Technical Aptitude: The ability to understand, translate, and document complex mechanical specifications into accurate work orders.

Travel Readiness: A "road warrior" mentality, comfortable with regional travel to support dealership partners.

Relationship Builder: A natural ability to build rapport and maintain trust with dealership stakeholders and business owners.
Plusses:

ACT Program Proficiency: experience with the ACT program for data entry and pipeline tracking.

Relevant Industry Background: Experience in automotive, industrial equipment, construction, or heavy machinery sales.

High-Volume Documentation: A history of managing complex, high-pressure orders with zero-error rates.
