Location: Toronto, ON (1 day/week)

Pay Range: $ 70 - $ 77/hr (Based  on experience) 

Contract: 6 Months (Potential extension)

• 5+ years of insurance experience
• Strong understanding of underwriting and underwriting operations workflows (submission intake, triage, routing, summaries)
• Experience supporting workflow automation or operational efficiency initiatives
• 1+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience
• Hands-on with Copilot Studio and/or Copilot Studio Lite agents
• Ability to design, test, optimize prompts
• Experienced creating reusable prompt libraries and documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Experience working in a techno-functional environment, bridging business and technology teams
• Understanding of governance, observability, documentation, and responsible AI delivery processes
• Versioning, reuse standards, controlled deployment of prompts/agents
