• Developing custom functionality within the Episerver/Optimizely platform
• Building and integrating APIs and backend services
• Creating custom modules and extensions
• Enhancing platform capabilities and integrations
• Supporting enterprise-level web/payment applications within the GPS (Global Payment System) environment
• Develop and maintain Optimizely CMS page types, blocks, and content models using .NET and Razor
• Build and integrate .NET Web API controllers that bridge Optimizely front-end components to backend commerce and experience services
• Collaborate with front-end developers on React component blocks embedded within Optimizely page containers
• Implement custom authorization and permission logic within Optimizely CMS to support multi-tier access models (Group / Role / User)
• Extend and configure Optimizely Commerce Connect integrations
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions

• 3+ years of .NET development experience 
• C#
• ASP.NET Core
• 2+ years of Optimizely (Episerver) CMS or Commerce development experience 
• Building APIs
• Integrations
• Adding modules & functions
• Familiarity with the Optimizely content/block model, page type definitions, and rendering pipelines
• Experienced building RESTful APIs consumed by front-end JavaScript frameworks (React preferred)
• Solid understanding of Razor views and partial rendering within Optimizely
• Experienced with role-based access control and custom permission implementation 
• Experienced with MS Co-Pilot

• Experience with Optimizely Commerce Connect
• Familiarity with Headless delivery APIs
• Exposure to hybrid rendering (server-rendered shell + client-side React components)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Azure-hosted deployments
