• We are seeking a high-energy Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly, skilled trades, and professional roles across multiple business functions.
• This role partners closely with HR and hiring leaders to develop effective talent strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.

 Responsibilities:

• Managed end-to-end recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, and salaried positions
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using creative recruiting methods
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to support workforce planning needs
  Drive diversity recruiting and employer branding initiatives
• Analyze recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting policies
• Support recruiting events, community outreach, and site visits
• Mentor junior team members and share recruiting best practices

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience; agency experience preferred
• Strong experience in high-volume and skilled trades recruiting
• Experience recruiting across professional, technical, and leadership roles
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Willingness to travel as needed

 Preferred Background:

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or operations-focused recruiting environments is highly preferred.
