Pay: $37 - $42/ Hour 

Detailed Job Description: 

Role: Junior Business Analyst

• Develops detailed functional specifications, including data and function models, process flow diagrams, and report and screen layouts
• Documents algorithms, identifies logical system architecture, specifies system interfaces, documents operational requirements, and develops test plans.
• Oversees acceptance testing, develops user guides, provides user training, and supports the user in the development of work processes

• Works under the direction of a team leader or project manager.
• Ability to research and resolve problems associated with system transactions or processing
• Ability to provide day-to-day operations support. Have knowledge of and ability to perform multiple aspects of the operations process
