Job Title: Java OpenShift Developer Role
Location: Charlotte, NC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Client Industry: Banking
Duration: 12-18 Months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM EST
Compensation
Required Skills:
- 10+ Years of experience

Strong hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot preferred)

Solid experience working with Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes

Experience with containerization (Docker) and microservices architecture

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend service development

Experience with cloud or hybrid environments

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Hourly Rate: $60 - $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
