This team is building a brand-new payments platform/system. This BA will act as the bridge between: Business stakeholders/users - Technology teams/developers - Operations/payment teams

They need someone who can manage both functional BA work + light testing/data cleanup.

Business Analysis / Requirements: Meet business users/stakeholders, gather and document requirements, analyze current payment workflows, analyze gaps/risk.

Payments Transformation / SWIFT: Since this is payment modernization, candidate must understand: SWIFT payment messaging, Payment lifecycle, Cross-border payments, Payment routing, and message formats.

ISO 20022 Compliance: Need experience with: ISO 20022 migration, Payment message transformation, MT to MX migration, Compliance requirements.

Testing / UAT / Validation: Test case creation, UAT execution, Defect tracking, Regression testing, validation of payment outputs.

Data Analysis + Remediation: Analyze payment data, find issues/bad records, recommend fixes, Support remediation efforts.

Risk Analysis: Payment failures, Fraud risk, Operational risk, Regulatory changes, Settlement risk.
